No I wouldn't. Elden Ring gameplay is very much derivative of the Souls formula with most of the notable additions being some Breath of the Wild mechanics and world design. There is almost no influence from Sekiro whatsoever outside of some little homages (though I think Demon of Hatred works fairly well as a prototype for many horeback battles).

What sekiro doesnt have is replayability and rpg elements, I like all the from software games I would really love to see Sekiro's combat fused with dark souls variety and rpg character creation, If sekiro had like 10 weapon types and different types of tools and magic and stuff it would be quite amazing.
Depends on your game state. I like to kill the ninja after antechamber and then let the ogre kill the two redhats below. The best xp (right before ending) spot is Ashina Castle antechamber. Just run and kill the purple ninja, rest, and restart. It’s the fastest spot in the game and not too hard either.
