We've had a litter robot 3 for about 6 4 months. A few days ago it got stuck in the middle of a cycle. I didn't see it when it stopped, but it looks like it completed the first half to dump the waste then got stuck before it started rolling back to the home position. The yellow light is on solid. The buttons are completely unresponsive.Unplug the power cord from the back of the robot by base where the power cord plugs in (don’t’ unplug the power supply from the power outlet).
