The lower you go, the more frequently it jams. If you get the durability low enough weapons WILL jam every 1-10 shots. A short animation will play of the jam being cleared, and then you can start shooting again. The lower the durability, the worse the accuracy and the more frequently it jams. Yeah, I saw the patch notes mentioned having to inspect the gun and my first jam was a 12ga shell clearly stuck in the ejection port. Didn't think I had to inspect the weapon when I could clearly see it, but nope. Had to inspect. Kept wildly pressing Shift + T for a minute before I realized.
