keep looking, she spawns not very often at mounds of the dead but i came across her a couple times and she was there when farming cimmerian armor. i personally prefer to get a berserker first, 2 almost guaranteed spawns at the mounds, and if i go east i always grab a teimos, that 10k+ hp is really helpful. It's pretty to spot her, btw.But the max percentage of both Sonja and Dalinsia is 295% divided between all the skills. The only thing Sonja has over Dalinsia is an additional 1.800 HP more at level 0. Now the question whether Sonja is worth it all comes down to one thing: HP or damage.
