They don't deal any physical damage that you have to worry about, so all you have to remember is to not get boxed in and back out of the fog. Once you're comfortable, I've found the best strategy with them is to just rush up and swing/attack. They take a second to inhale/exhale, and they lack poise so any hit will interrupt them.
