My husband soloed a fair amount of Battle of Dazar'alor, so probably to some extent. We teamed up for Mekkatorque because of having to run around from all the spark guys. I'd guess that, as in that example, it just depends on if the boss you want has specific mechanics that require you to have more than one person.

Normal appears to be the only soloable difficulty at Level 70 with a character at about item level 404. Uldir isn't open for testing on the Beta.
