Bonjour\Hi, I’ve purchased a litter-robot-3 3 months ago ne yesterday it began to say « Dump posistion fault ». There was not any signs that can explain the cause, but i sure will need help to fix it. Since i’ve purchased it not si long ago, it still under warranty, but i soule rather fix it rapidly. Yes, I had this same issue. I took the top cover off, removed the glove, and vacuumed up all of the loose litter and dust that had made its way all over the place after about 1.5 years of use.
