Cute movie about growing up. "You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah" was a very cute movie and did show the transition into being a teenager and growing up pretty accurately. It was very funny. I think it is appropriate for 12+, there are a few sex-related jokes (but it's how a 13 year old would be) and some swearing.
