In second I meant that you have to change 4 rivens at 1 time, which is not always possible or wanted. They are totally related. I would try requiem fissures. You get riven slivers from some relics and the mods fetch a decent price. If you are for real then the same way we originally farmed steel essence - ie endless steel path at least for over an hour on a high eximus spawn rate map. You'll get a heap of em.
