How to get dee dee stop diagram.
If you're still wondering, I downloaded and installed this mod and it does work but be aware that 1) it doesn't seem to support controllers - you'll need to click the Dee-Dee stop with your mouse to get the travel prompt, and 2) the bugginess you see described in some of the earlier posts here doesn't seem to have been 100% resolved.

After you put up the ones for the commission, more will appear as you unlock sections of the map, and if you want to be able to fast travel to those locations, it is up to you to put the stops there. It isn't for nothing though. You unlock the ability to fast travel to these places and that is huge in some cases.I did the quest with Petra to obtain the diagram to build the stops.
