Since Luma3DS v11.0 the configuration is stored in human readable form (config.ini) -- Just open the file in your preferred text editor and search for the line rosalina_menu_combo = L+Down+Select Enter whatever you like. Replace that button anyway. A 3DS without shoulder buttons is just... meh. Good luck and have fun!

The file structure you have on your SD Card matches those of the nightlies (SD:/luma/titles/), whereas the release you're showing off in the pic uses the directory from the latest stable release, v6.6 (SD:/luma/code_sections).
