Modern Warfare 2 has IW4X, and is currently active. IW4X has a github with the install files and you can install the full multiplayer part of the game due to it downloading it over a server. Black Ops 2 has a multiplayer client called "Plutonium", but i don't think its that active, but it works with the Skidrow torrent on RARBG.
Idk it might have changed though i havent been on plutonium in a minute. I tried disabling all the windows defender wall but that didn't work, tried Hamachi same thing, but they said to do the port forwarding thing where I have to go to my router and change a couple of things and I don't trust it tbh, so I just gave up.
