Still missing parts. Bad Suspension ruined front breaks with leaking oil. Motors loose performance after a few months use. Headlight is too focused. Display reading is inaccurate, does not include front motor usage.The juiced is 105lbs compared to the 70lbs of the x class. This may not matter for you depending on your situation, but I have to lift my bike up a flight of stairs. I've heard good and bad things from both companies customer service. I've seen Ariel Rider horror stories of replacement parts taking months to arrive.
