If you’re using a spec weapon, lightbearer is BIS. If not, suffering is. So elven signet is never worth it. Depends on his gear and content really, some people don’t have suffering or lightbearer. I’d overall agree though, pretty much every ring is better than signet. Archer’s ring is pretty useless in general.

Bgs spec doesn't make a big difference so extra specs aren't important. Berserker. Gives lots of max hits because of the lance dmg scaling %. I would imagine it's not worth it to use lightbearer unless it's with D claws and even then it's probably not worth. Havent done vorkath in a while.
