Dealer found a loose loose connection to #1 injector. After testing the code came back on. They're claiming they've never had one show this code before. Currently they're talking with Polaris to solve the problem.

That's right it will clear after the 3rd start, although reading yours it seems it is the fourth start. We have all done it. Personally I have triggered that code three times in three years, which I am okay with. When you think about it, the code did exactly what it was supposed to do. Went riden today and a check engine light came on. The code is 520207. But it has a 5 above the code and a 1 below it. Never change the way it ran.

In practice, it seems to work out. To reset the ECU, you have to disconnect the battery completely. Then touch your RZR’s wire harness terminals together. This will drain the capacitors and anything else in your ECU that holds a charge, and is a guaranteed method of resetting your Polaris RZR’s check engine light.
