No, they don't. But don't worry too much, as you progress in the game you unlock alternative ways to get gear upgrades via killing creatures for materials which do respawn. Does that include supreme quartzite, as I haven't yet seen a recipe for that one?No respawn, but later on you will unlock the ability to craft the upgrade stuff from other resources that are renewable. There’s a island in the middle with 7-9 spots. All around the island in the water it’s everywhere. Search the whole water area. The edges. Everywhere.
