Oct 5, 2020 · As far as corpses go, I've personally never had issues with corpse management. I keep the immediate area around my base clear of corpses. I prefer to burn them if I have to get rid of them. Moving them and burying them takes up space/time. You can pile corpses on a single tile with a campfire there, and light the campfire to quickly burn the pile. You can burn corpses in Project Zomboid by placing them on an unlit Campfire and then burning them or you can use a Jerrycan/Gas Can to pour gas on the bodies and light them with a lighter/match. You can use Molotov Cocktail too but that can be dangerous as the fire can become uncontrollable. The corpse is burned in the fire. Due to the fact that there are many zombies in the game, I have limited the amount of fuel which is given from burning a corpse. The reason is, that with every corpse the fire gets hotter and the corpse will burn faster, so they add less fuel to the fire.
