How I fixed my issue was took Q-tips and dipped one Side in isopropyl and kept the other side dry and wiped the connector area where the new cart in. Basically title, I guess. I’ve tried at least 6 different USB-C cords, but none of them turn the charging light red and I can’t seem to get any of them to work. 1. BryGuy70222 • 1 yr. ago. When you charge the pen, make sure the light on the charger is red until it’s green and also make sure the cart is screwed on properly and tight. Also make sure there’s no debris between connecting the cart and the battery on the metal part.

Also make sure you aren't screwing the cart in too tightly. This can press the silicone ring to the point that you have metals touching where they shouldn't, giving you the same issue. That would force the draw on the Pax and probably free up the pod. While not as wide a range as a Uni Pro (2.0-4.2) or the Uni Pro 2.0 (1.8-4.2) it is a perfectly servicable range of voltages.
