Water works. Waterworks or crafted gear, lexicon blade, sidhe staff, aureate band, triple double myth pet, amulet of the feint. I prefer the sky iron hasta to the sidhe staff. The Sky Iron Hasta is fine until you can get some outgoing damage wands off the Bazaar around level 110+ or so. For the necklace anything with a Fireblade item card is fine. There is an amulet from Lower Zigazag that gives +2% outgoing damage but I don't think it would be worth the trouble to farm.
