Seams to lose power when up above 5000 feet in elevation. Also the engine is over heating. This last trip I was stopping every few miles to let it cool. Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface in a well-ventilated area. 2. Make sure the transmission is in PARK. 3. Remove the seat. 4. Using the spark plug wrench provided in the tool kit, remove the spark plug by rotating it counter-clockwise. 5. Inspect the spark plug.Nov 22, 2022 · Fuel Pump Troubles. I had the same problem with my 2011 800 XP. The first time it happened, I took it back to the dealer and they replaced the fuel pump and that fixed the problem but then about 3 months later it was back to doing the same thing. And then it was no longer under warranty and I think a new fuel pump is like around 250 bucks.

I tested the RD/BL wire at the fuse panel and it shows 12 volts when key turned on then drops to 0. I switched relays and no change. Your primary is driving the belt rather than having the belt stationary at idle. When the belt is driven while at an idle it spins the secondary clutch putting force on the transmission internals.
