Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface in a well-ventilated area. 2. Make sure the transmission is in PARK. 3. Remove the seat. 4. The first time it happened, I took it back to the dealer and they replaced the fuel pump and that fixed the problem but then about 3 months later it was back to doing the same thing. And then it was no longer under warranty and I think a new fuel pump is like around 250 bucks.

I tested the RD/BL wire at the fuse panel and it shows 12 volts when key turned on then drops to 0. I switched relays and no change.
