I dont have an order number since this was a gift that I received but I have completely taken the litter box apart l, checked the sensor, checked the track, make sure to detail clean it and it is still getting stuck.

For example today we had a cat use it and over 3 hours later it was still waiting to cycle (supposed to cycle after 7 minutes).
