Just got a new LR4 and for some reason, I turn it on and it flashes blue and red lights (like a police car). Although the lights look dim and aren't at full brightness. I'm not doing anything else and I can't find this light combo in the manual. It doesn't do a clean cycle on startup. It doesn't cycle when I press the the Cycle or Empty buttons ... It's really annoying. Thank you for helping, it's appreciated. both errors are linked to the 4 pin connector (blue light is the DFI yellow light is the pinch sensor - same component) I would open the motor compartment, unplug and replug the 4 pin connector. The yellow light flashing quickly is due to the anti-pinch feature. The Anti-Pinch safety feature is two pin connected to the motherboard that must touch each other continuously. If they are separated, you will have an alarm (yellow blinking light). The Anti-Pinch safety is located in the top back left of the Litter-Robot base.

The robot is away from walls and perfectly level. There is nothing under the robot. It's filled to the line with normal clumping cat litter. I've tested with an empty drawer and full drawer, it makes no difference. If I reset the light back to blue and have it cycle, it stops mid-cycle, returns to original position, and red/blue appears again.
