This boss and the Aquatic Scourge can both drop several fishing drops, making them the only two bosses to share a drop outside of crafting materials, or potions. The Desert Scourge can be fought before any boss is defeated, as its summoning item only requires Sand Blocks, Cacti, Antlion and Stormlion Mandibles.
