The Tier list is based on the overall utility of the monster. Moku gives you better result for not much of a setup, just let it be the last monster in your team. Also Moku doesnt backfire like trida with stunning entrance or it needs to take another turn if the enemy team is purified. Moku is slow speed but the defence boost makes up for it too.
