Cleric is the most powerful and fun divine caster because it has domains. The community domain in particular is essential because it lets you apply a +7 AOE buff. The luck domain is also super good because it lets you apply advantage, etc. You anyway need priest for guarded heath. It's essential for harder fights.

Overwhelming Mage gets extra spell penetration but loses Sorcerer Bonus Feats. You cannot pick Second Bloodline as a mythic feat on any archetype that forces a specific bloodline it seems. The obvious two are full divine caster Angel and full arcane caster/gish Lich, with Oracle and Sorcerer being considered 'the best' respectively (though with the new merge mechanic that might not be the case anymore. If so Cleric and Wizard/Arcanist would probably be better). Next on the 'tier list' would be Legend. Trickster based critical builds are one of the strongest archetypes in this game that most people don't think about. Properly equipped, a trickster based critical build will do about 8 times more damage per attack compared to a baseline character (a "regular" critical build only has about 4 times more damage).
