Check the oil level and make sure that oil doesn't smell like gas. When liquid fuel is in the cylinder and washes the oil from the cylinder walls. It can now run down past the rings and over fill the oil in the crankcase. You will need to change the oil before you run the engine.

Cranked it, moved it out of the shop, 10 minutes later it would not turn over. When it did crank it was slow to turn over. I bought a new battery. Stock was 14ah battery, I installed a 21ah battery. The motor still turns over slow. And sometimes will not turn over at all.Try spraying carb cleaner or wd40 around intake boot between engine and carb to see if that is leaking. A cold engine is harder to start, so any issues are amplified. That pilot screw needs to be at least 2 turns out. 2.25 to 2.5 would probably be even better for cold starting.Here are the solutions for the Ford F150 turns over but won’t start problem. Problem. If the starter turns over, the solenoid contacts are bad. I think it is on the frame next to the battery. It will be one of the following: a corroded connection at the solenoid or the starter or a bad solenoid. You have a known good battery, and if the contacts look good, the other option is the solenoid itself is bad.
