Equipment degrades much faster which is just annoying to constantly replace. MULEs are appreciably tougher and you have to be more careful about how you approach them.Edit: The reason I ask is im not sure if the shelters you make take damage over time like all the other structures, if they do then it could just be damaged and in need or repair, I may be wrong though, I dont use the private shelters, they take up too much bandwidth.
