The Deck isn't powerful enough to run it and the emulator isn't fully optimized. Seems to run fine, and I haven't ran into issues with ps2 games yet. In case you end up using Emudeck as a general emulation solution (which is recommended), it may help to set the CRC hack level to "auto" in pcsx2. Use locate and only scan directories in the user's home which are not hidden and use find on sd cards. Make sure to update the locate database automatically upon startup. And the Deck will never be powerfull enough to emulate a ps4, not even in 10 years when PS4 emulation will finally (maybe) be on point. Emulation requires way more resources than the original system that played the game. Just look at switch emulation. It has to emulate the hardware to appear to be the original system.
